Notes

If Free Will doesn’t exist, then what about Friendly Utilitarianism which relies on choice and opportunity cost?

Reconcile with Compatibilism

If we play with verb tenses when discussing actions, it becomes easier to understand how we should reimagine free will:

  1. “You made this choice today.”
  1. “You made that choice yesterday.”
  1. “You made that choice tomorrow.”
  1. “I wonder what choice you made in the future?”

(4) especially may be an example of how to think about Evitability.
