Published some initial search functionality
Transitioned to a separate repo for my published notes
Hoping this will make it simpler to publish notes and improve my note taking workflow

Some other thoughts about the design
I still think a dark / light mode button is unnecessary and it’s better to use the system setting. It’s something that should be a system level setting, you shouldn’t have to worry about each website’s dark / light mode button.
I guess, if the default is the system setting it’s ok to have the button. But it’s not minimalist.

LATER update notes with more recent content I haven’t made public yet
including having the core areas better communicate the First principles
LATER begin reorganizing the mess that is the existing public notes
LATER finish parsing the arrows…
LATER show backlinks from home page
this will require some decision about whether the page used for the home page sits the in /graph/ folder not

LATER make it possible to browse daily notes chronologically
LATER fix pages with empty content showing up as blank search results
