This means that a good structure does not always require planning to be the guiding activity. There should be a natural bumping into other ideas and other insights that allow for dynamic path determination (very much like a Spaced Everything). A safe structure allows for planning to be minimal, and instead opens up an environment where what needs to be done is malleable and can be adjusted dynamically.
