In the statement of purpose I wrote for the certificate application, I mentioned my three principles of a good system.

In some ways, my system principles from a year ago have stayed stable during my time at SDM. But, in some other ways, I’ve been rocked with a whole bunch of new ways to think about systems, organizations, and the products we build to satisfy needs.

I’ve been able to flesh out my understanding of what a system is, and am beginning to grow that understanding in unexpected ways
