Increasing the factors of the Knowledge Index is one of our global top priorities

Because the World Bank Knowledge Index|Knowledge Index explains about 70% of the variation in Emancipative values across countries, this might be one of the most direct lines to helping people.

It would be useful to determine if a subset of the factors that make up the index are more predictive than others, since some are more actionable than others (internet users vs rule of law, for example).
