The belief that not only is there no such thing as absolute Good and Bad, but there is also no way of calculating relative moral values (i.e. Relativism).
The idea that while there is no absolute Good or Bad, moral judgments can still be assessed in a relative manner.
The ending was interesting, where they had to decide how to make a fair afterlife. Especially interesting (and a bit confusing) was the decision made to allow people to end their existence in the Good Place. The claim was that the only way the Good Place could be truly Good, and not eventually lead to zombie-like boredom / decay, was if you could leave (essentially, killing yourself in the afterlife).
