Flow
I believe this state has a close connection to General Play. Activities with General Play make it easier to achieve the flow state.
Sonke Ahrens also mentions the idea of “ Mind like water”, which I think we can consider similar to this flow state.

Another way of putting it would be to say that good projects involve both work and Flow, and great projects involve both work, Flow, and General Play.
Any General Interface should aim to achieve this feeling of Wu Wei. When this is done, it becomes so much easier for the user to achieve Flow.
