Taking the Amtrak from NYC to Durham, currently just departed Washington DC
Thought I had a while back, added train to it as well
Walk > train > bus > bike > car
probably fallible but I think it’s a good guide for what urban planning infrastructure should be prioritized
I believe this considers things like accessibility, safety, and efficiency
bikes are still private vehicles that take up more space per capita and require parking
bike and micro-mobility sharing might fit in here somewhere too, probably between bus and bike
