Thrill is an aesthetic experience
One can see this especially in Disney Parks where a lot of artistry can go into the design of the experience, but thrills are considered a part of the experience being created. Film and other media do this as well.
Even experiences that focus on thrill alone (e.g. classic roller coasters) are immersion type experiences. We can use this to remind ourselves that while some experiences are considered more “artistic” or worthwhile, many types of experiences are simply different ways of playing with Aesthetics.
