Language efficiency

An efficient ( Optimization?) form of language should involve short messages that, through the use of nouns and adjectives, both communicate the ideas and imply their probabilistic relationships.

For example, Naming a phenomenon should imply some inference, so not all random phenomena should have names, giving us the impression that they occur more often than at random.
