Intelligence can be generated

Any type of intelligence (emotional, intellectual, etc) can be considered a resource that we can generate more of.

I don’t like this term because it has negative connotations, including a nebulous idea of superiority. It is also too wide a term by itself to much practical meaning. I don’t subscribe to the idea of people with any type of intelligence as superior.

In fact, if we think about intelligence as a resource that can be generated, then we can free ourselves of conceptions of born genius or superiority. This especially is possible once we realize that much (most?) future intelligence will be generated not through humans but through computers.
