An Intuitive Science

One issue “scientific thinking” has at scale is that we do not achieve a stable Intuition for it without some work. Other types of thinking, e.g. religious or emotional do tend to appeal more to our intuitions (this partially explains their staying power).

Is this actually true? If so, is there a way to make scientific thinking appeal more to our intuitions?
